I was very pleased with how you guys handled all the storm calls, we definitely wouldn’t have been able to handle the call volume without you.  Being able to quickly adjust the phone script to include the address and square footage affected was incredibly helpful in organizing incoming calls, and then later when we needed to reopen our less affected territories and you  guys identifying location was great!

I was on my monthly call with my ad rep today and he was going through my calls for the month of August.  He said that there were two calls that were unlike anything he has ever heard in his entire life.  I kind of brushed him off, like ok whatever… its SERVPRO, we hear a lot of weird stuff…

I am hoping that you have already been made aware of this call (call 1) and this employee was commended for staying calm while he was on the phone….I actually emailed this to Donna Dutton, at SERVPRO HQ Call Center for her to use [for training agent]– if she can. This is one for the record books!
