3 Tier Smart Scriptiong Dispatching Guidelines
One of the things that separates Answerphone of America from other call centers is the software we use in the dispatching process. Our 3 Tier Smart Scripting system ensures that calls are handled correctly each and every time, because the majority of the decision making is preprogrammed into an account.
When the criteria for what constitutes an emergency is met by our systems, the system elevates the message to a priority, tells the operator who to call, on what means to contact them, and how often to contact them. It also controls additional actions, which are called ‘steps’, if the first efforts to dispatch the message are unsuccessful. This can mean contacting additional on call personnel, sending out automated texts or emails, or a combination of actions.
